An aromatic and fruity varietal. Rich grape flavours with a dry finish, perfect with cheese
The Bacchus grape, grown on the flinty chalk soils of the Thames Valley, produces an aromatic and fruity wine. Slow ripening maintains the fresh fruit and acid structure of Bacchus to produce a dry, low sugar wine, with a refreshing crispness. This wine has elderflower aromas and full fruit flavours of gooseberry, lychee and grape.
An ideal wine to savour on its own; Bacchus is perfect with pasta, cheese and desserts.
