Grown in the moderate climate and flinty soils of England's Thames River valley, the grapes ripen gently – maintaining a crisp acidity and preserving their lingering and vibrant fruit flavours.

We have crafted this first vintage, a blending of Sauvignon Blanc with Bacchus, to be paired with many dishes, especially cheeses.
